I entered my correct password and it says wrong password. Then, when I try to reset password, it couldnt get the job done. The email just give some random numbers with no link to change the password

I can't log in with my correct password and mykad. It did not bring me to the logged in page. Why I know it's correct? There's no notification showing that it's wrong. It keeps bringing me back to the main page where I have to key in mykad and password over and over again.
