Unfortunately, I see many apps (not only for Italy) can't be downloaded or used unless you are registered under a provider from that country, so...dear app developers, please take into consideration that expats or people that travel a lot are unable to use your apps

2024-10-24	Su*****	Worst app for taxi. Worst customer support. We book a taxi at 20:00, at 20:45 still nothing come. There is no customer support in the app. So you have to call the taxi provider. Once you speak english, they hang up on you. You can't email to Urbi but you have to contact taxi provider directly. Hope we can find some way to get a refund.

2022-06-13	Ma*****	EDIT: They have addressed and solved the problem of some missing train solutions, so I'm happy to give 5 stars for an app that now works very well. Good job. PREVIOUS: It seems great, but it doesn't display all train solutions in Italy (Trenitalia)... so I didn't manage to use it
