Not working. Wanted to take a bike. But it gave an error right away. Couldn't take the bike bit app says I did. So can't take another one but of course I also can't return it. So after two trips I can't use the bikes any more. There are 3 bikes docked here but app says there is only one. Really annoyed!

Used in Turin and it actually worked fine. I did have an issue where it didn't register me returning the bike so I had to contact support but it was fixed more or less straight away, which was impressive. The second bike was superior to the first but no issues with either. Will use again next year.
