Okay, let's start with the Cons. I can't open new accounts directly. It signs me out and demands my password once a week or so. I can't take screenshots for "security purposes". , I can check my accounts on the go and make transfers between them. I'm thinking about switching banks for a better app, but I prefer the community of a local bank. At least make it so I can open basic accounts without leaving the app.

So the BSI app has been grammatically dumbed down. Great. We are prompted to "show less accounts." Really? Not "fewer accounts"? You can't have less accounts. You can't have "less" anything if it's plural. I know it's just grammar, but you're a bank. You need to get things right all the time. Accuracy matters.
