I had an OK experience, the product starts off with good flavored rosin but, halfway through the rosin losses it's flavor and they taste like burnt coil

can't even scan 1 pod. what trash

The app doesnt scan right and is constantly glitching. Some codes say they aren't an actual code and some cards didnt come with a code at all. Its kind of pointless which is a shame because I have a bunch of these I wanted to turn in.

kinda pointless, download the app but none of the pods or turn vapes from my dispensary have the QR code so I don't get any points for them.

hay turn if your gonna have a scan program with your products, make sure the app. (WORKS)!!!!!!

this is a great app.

great products. everything as advertised. no problems with shipping. Same flavors is the only down side but there are 24 of them.

no functionality, bad point redemption system. for a company making so much money its downright embarrassing to have such a bad app and even worse to advertise that you have it at all. really telling of how the company values its employees and I won't be buying another turn product until its fixed completely

App might not be reliable, but their customer service sure is. They couldn't be nicer. Never have scanning problems - just problems ordering their swag and/or redeeming prizes online. It's inconvenient for everyone when I have to contact them. I'd rather be able handle things online myself. But I love them and Turn overall. Rock on! 🌉🌉✌🏼❤️
