Synchronize offline data with the BASSnet database using the app’s Sync capabilities for up-to-date inventory information when performing inventory transactions.
The app’s user-friendly interfaces let you easily search, filter, and update stock levels as materials are received or consumed to prevent stockouts and overstock, boosting inventory visibility and reducing unnecessary orders to save costs across the entire fleet.
Key Features:
1. Material
• Quickly find materials by searching or scanning the QR Code on labels using the in-app QR reader to update stock quantity, then mark checked items with a simple swipe.
• Move Materials to new locations to ensure effective stock tracking by location.
• Consolidate materials into lists and update them collectively. With permission, make your Material Lists accessible to users with the same assigned role for collaborative management.
• Add items to your personal Working List to gather materials temporarily and take further actions as needed.

2. Purchase Order
• Update received quantities in seconds when goods are delivered, and easily attach delivery and receipt notes using document upload or the in-app camera to take pictures.

3. Requisition
• Ensure your vessel is always stocked with the Requisition feature. Easily create records, add items and requested quantities, attach requisition forms and photos of ordered items, then transfer requisitions to BASSnet for approval with one tap.

4. Generate PDF reports and QR codes
• Export material list, stock movement, goods received, and draft requisition as PDF reports, so you have all your vital documents at your fingertips for quick viewing and sharing.
• Generate QR codes in PDF for materials that don’t already have them to ease stock inspection at the store.
