Dr. Omar is a specialized consultant and expert in future exploration, innovation, and strategic design that meets the requirements to achieve the national agenda of the United Arab Emirates' Vision 2021 and the UAE Centennial 2071, as well as the requirements of the Fourth Generation System in Government Excellence, Government Accelerators, and the State's Innovation Strategy. In addition, I am a specialized trainer in future exploration, building strategic and operational plans, innovative change workshops, and designing government services aimed at achieving the success of smart cities. I am an expert and consultant in training strategies and developing and growing institutional work for more than 20 years, working with major Arab and international institutions as a strategic consultant and trainer in both the public and private sectors.
