2024-11-04	MC*****	-- July 2023 - - Day by day, each update app getting worst. -- Previous review - - This application used to work ok before but now in the car park first gate opens without any issues (going in and out both) and for second gate it stop working. Always need to call security and ask them to open. When manually tap into the scanner phone vibrates, green colour light flashes and stop there. 04 Nov 2024 Interesting to know how anyone build a app with this many defects and issues 😂

2024-08-23	Sa*****	Requesting support via the app is horrendous. It does not load existing tickets, sometimes the help center won't even open unless you restart the app. I haven't been able to book parking for two months and I can't even get support.

2024-04-02	Mi*****	Useless. Have to use company email address not personal. I don't have access to work emails outside hours when I need to book. When you do finally get in, it just loops and loops and loops back to select your parking address. Have not been able to book a carpark yet.....

2024-03-06	Ja*****	App never loads on first open, the app struggles to determine which gate i am in, the app has loading issues through out sessions. Considering the car park is always full surely there's room in the profits to improve this frustrating app

2024-02-19	Ju*****	I recent ran into issues with accessing a garage. Both of the options under the get help section were completely nonfunctioning, not even displaying an error. The support requests section under the profile tab also does not work at all.

2023-11-26	Ca*****	Constantly have to hold up traffic at boom gates because the app fails to deliver the option to open gate. Other times have missed out on parking or near miss, because app won't load when attempting to book. This is the most frustrating service. If I had a choice, I would use another service.

2023-09-21	Ma*****	Worst app. Unpredictable, buggy. I've had issues with both entering and leaving the carpark for an entire week and if not for the assistance of property services would be locked in the carpark overnight.

2023-08-23	Dh*****	Worst parking app. First of all, it never opens the parking on entry and exit even after confirming booking. They need to work on the app Bluetooth connectivity. Secondly, the app is not working at the moment. I have tried to uninstall, and now it's not even installing the app.
