Turnio: Shift Calendar AI

Turnio is the calendar for people who work shifts: nurses, doctors, police, firefighters, factory and retail workers. Have your whole month ready in under a minute and always know when you work, when you're off and how many hours you've done.

SCAN YOUR ROTA WITH AI
Take a photo of the rota (or upload the PDF or Excel). Turnio finds your row, reads every day and fills in your calendar. Your colleagues' names are never stored.

PAINT YOUR SHIFTS IN SECONDS
• Choose a shift and drag your finger across the days
• Rotating patterns: 2-2-3, 24/72, 12-hour shifts, weekly rotations… or create your own
• Custom shifts with name, code, colour, hours, breaks and split shifts
• Two shifts on the same day, overtime, notes and shift swaps

HOURS, DAYS OFF AND PAY
• Hours per month and year, night hours, weekends and public holidays worked
• Yearly hours: how many you have done and how many are left
• Vacation and personal days counters
• Estimated pay with night, holiday and overtime extras (Pro)

YOUR AI ASSISTANT
Ask anything: "How many nights have I done this year?", "Which weekends am I off next month?", "When are my partner and I both off?".

SMART ALERTS
Too little rest between shifts, too many nights in a row, yearly hours going over… Turnio warns you in time.

WITH YOUR PARTNER
Share your calendar with a code and see both calendars together: the days you're both off are highlighted.

AND MORE
• Alarms before each shift and note reminders
• Public holidays for your country and region
• Month as an image for WhatsApp and export to Google Calendar or your phone's calendar
• Year view, light and dark mode, 11 languages
• No account, no sign-up: your data stays on your phone
