2025-01-07	Th*****	I registered my email and set up a password after purchasing the 12-month plan. I was extremely disappointed that I couldn't open ANY of the rule books. The app always gave me a message of "sorry user, you require a subscription to access this content ". This is terrible after I paid my $9.99 for the annual subscription. I will not recommend this app to anyone.

2021-12-17	Cl*****	App is generally useful and well organized but unstable - it shuts down when you're reading certain sections, such as the NCAA type 1 obstruction section on catcher's obstruction when a runner is sliding into home. Very annoying.
