FitOnwd is a comprehensive fitness application designed to motivate and engage users through community, personalized training, and gamified progression. Core Features: The app offers multiple pathways for fitness engagement. Users can generate customized workout tips, create personalized fitness plans (both basic and AI-powered advanced plans), and access guided exercises with detailed instructions. The Virtual Trainer (Ask AI) provides conversational fitness guidance, while the Leaderboard ranks users based on XP earned through completing workouts and challenges.

Gamification System: At the heart of FitOnwd is an XP-based progression system. Users earn XP by completing workout days, daily challenges, and other activities. They can unlock achievements and badges, track streaks to maintain motivation, and compete with friends. Premium members receive XP multipliers and exclusive features. Admins can create special events with XP bonuses, multipliers, or temporary premium access to boost engagement.

Community & Social: Users can share their fitness journey on the Community Wall, interact with others through direct messaging, form or join Groups for accountability, and build Networks by following athletes and sending friend requests. Trainers from registered companies can connect with clients, schedule training sessions, and manage their availability through a dedicated dashboard.

Content & Resources: The platform includes a Video Publisher system where approved trainers can share fitness videos by category (strength, cardio, flexibility, nutrition, motivation). There's a Fitness Tests section for performance tracking, and daily challenges to maintain engagement. A comprehensive Tips and Favorites system helps users save and revisit helpful workout guidance.

Administration & Safety: Super admins manage company registrations and trainer approvals. Regular admins moderate community content through a robust reports system, review user complaints, and apply XP rewards or penalties based on moderation decisions. The system includes user muting/banning capabilities and detailed analytics on community activity.

Premium Features: Premium members unlock advanced workout plans, AI-generated personalized fitness programs, increased daily challenge limits, XP multipliers, and exclusive access to beta features. The app uses Stripe for secure subscription management.

User Experience: The app features responsive mobile-first design with dark mode support, customizable navigation layouts (top, bottom, left, or right sidebar), and real-time data updates. User progress is tracked across multiple dimensions including workouts completed, XP earned, streaks maintained, and community engagement. The platform emphasizes accessibility and inclusivity for all fitness levels.
