If you're looking to support your mental health and self-love, this is also the place. I've been following Adrienne for 3 years now have never felt more physically strong in my life, but I have also never felt as mentally grounded and secure in my being. The community is such a supportive and positive space, I don't know how I would have gotten through the pandemic without it.

I love Adrienne, her knowledge is unsurpassed and her holistic approach to exercise and barre is incredibly inclusive and extensive, I really think she's one of the best on the planet! I have tried barre with at least 4 other instructors, and now I've found Adrienne I will never stray, she's it for me! The app is great too btw, I use it both on my phone and laptop and it never fails!

2021-12-19	Ma*****	Started using eclipse and it made me fall in love with barre. I love it has s lot of classes to choose from, with different durations, intensity and what I love the most is that a new class is added every week. I feel I do the classes one on one with her from the comfort of my house. Last but not least the app design is beautiful and elegant and the classes all have great music.

2021-11-12	S *****	Love this app... fantastic workouts and great quality. Some workouts apps I have tried just do not compare to this one. It is worth every cent !! If you love Barre and a really spicy workout then I 100% recommend this app. I dont normally give many apps 5 stars, but I had to as no faults at all 💜🤍

2021-08-30	De*****	First discovered Adrienne on Alo Moves and been following her since then. An instructor who gives just the right amount of instructions and information for both those new and regulars to fitness/barre. Definitely will always feel the burn as well.
