REFERRAL — IN ORDER, FAIRLY

When you can't make it to a hearing, enforcement proceeding, inspection, or statement in another city, transfer the work to a colleague.

To get work: Get in line in your province and work group. When your turn comes, the work comes directly to you as an offer — no need to search for ads or apply individually. The queue works on a first-come, first-served basis; no one can skip the queue, and paid memberships do not move your place forward.

To give work: Post an ad. You can also post urgent ads for the same day. Lawyers who accept are collected in your shortlist, and you choose from among them. Posting ads is free and unlimited for all users.

You choose a reason when rejecting an offer. Insufficient fee, calendar conflicts, and conflicts of interest will not move your place back in the queue.

• Deadline Calculation — last day according to notification date and type of deadline
(Code of Civil Procedure / Code of Civil Procedure / Code of Criminal Procedure / Administrative Procedure rules)
• Legal Interest — according to principal, date range, and type of interest (Law No. 3095)
• Court Fee — application, advance, and judgment fees separately
• Attorney's Fee — according to the AAÜT tariff
