The best subscription for my puppy. The company actually read and responded to my reviews of their toys and treats. My Bella didn't care for the pumpkin treats so the company responded with a replacement cookie, a butterfly, that she adored. That is true customer service for you. I appreciate that more than anything. Thank you so much for your help.. I will definitely be using Barkbox for my Bella's needs. Now to find a meow box for my Katmandoo's needs.

Does not work. Hasn't worked for months, not on my phone or my husband's. Very frustrating and now we can't make changes to the order, like we learned our girl is allergic to chicken, and would like to get non-chicken treats. We also haven't received the extra toy for the 1st year as promised when we signed up aside from the 1st month. Instead just extra treat. She can't eat them all!
