not replace a qualified healthcare professional. Always follow the printed
device instructions and your clinician’s guidance.

• Browse upcoming MedWave events and RSVP

• Watch live workshops and replays when available

Support and requests
• Chat with the MedWave team from the app
• Submit requests for upgrades, devices, add-ons, or general help
• Get in-app notifications about delivery, payments, and installs

Finances
• View invoices and payment status for your purchases

Store
• Browse published offers such as pads, gel, and specials
• Physical accessories are paid through MedWave’s payment provider
(not as Apple in-app purchases)

Reviews and community
• Share how your device is going, including an optional short video
