BUILD YOUR WORKOUT
Select from classic kettlebell circuits like ABC, The Wolf, The Great Destroyer, DFW, or RKC Deep Six, or create custom workouts. Run them as timed sets, EMOM, ladders, intervals, or fixed sets with a built-in timer.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS
Each session calculates your Iron Index (total volume moved) and Grit Score (consistency + community engagement), tracking training frequency, workout count, and progress over time.

JOIN A PACK
