Anyone claiming that the app worked flawlessly is obviously an employee..... Horrible app, horrible planning, lack of communication between bars and the event, bar staff was rude, everything about this screams money over customers... this whole thing is a joke and we paid Hella money to be bamboozled. AVOID THIS APP AND COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

The app was really simple to use and kept track of everything during the event! Loved the map feature as well. Developers should plan ahead for heavy app usage during events to avoid crashing.

Very buggy app. Had to keep restarting, and it changed the last location to the second location, leading several people to the wrong place before they were open. There's also not enough details about the event we signed up for, leading to missing out on a lot of things that were supposed to be part of the experience. Very frustrating overall.
