Timeline Visualize turns your trips into animated travel map videos. Pick photos from a trip and the app reads each photo's GPS location and time to draw your route, then animates the journey into a travel video ready to share as a reel, story or trip recap.

Three ways to build a journey
• From photos: choose trip photos with location data and your route map appears automatically
• From location history: import a Google Maps Timeline JSON export to map days, months or years of travel
• By hand: tap the map to draw a route with your own stops

Make the travel video yours
• Map styles, including clean label-free themes
• Route colour, emoji pin, line width and pin size
• Camera movement and pacing that speeds up long flights and road trips
• Photos that pop up on the map at the places they were taken
• Exact start and end dates and times, with distance in km or miles
• Portrait, square and landscape video for reels, stories and posts

Save your journeys
Every video you create is kept in History on your phone. With Full you can edit a saved journey and re-create the video with the same route settings.

Free and Full
Free: journeys from the latest 90 days, up to 3 photos per photo journey, and 720p travel video with a watermark.
Full: every older date, unlimited photos, 4K Ultra HD and 1080p video without the watermark, and editing saved journeys. Choose a weekly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase; eligible new subscribers can start the yearly plan with a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play.

Your data
Videos are created on your phone. There is no sign-in and no live location tracking. Optional free backup keeps your journeys, photos and locations on Google servers. It is offered after you create a video; you can turn it off or request deletion in the app. Product analytics can be turned off in the app.
