2024-12-29	Ar*****	The worst app ever. Waited for 1 hour at the security gate to enter the temple. App kept continuously crashing and requests showing pending and reason for rejection is unknown. Securities behaved biased by allowing few families inside without QR code. Depending on App as the only methid is foolishness and considered a failed system in controlling huge human movement. Most of them returned disappointed. You should have atleast kept a manual entry system if software fails.!! Very bad BAPS manageme

Just to make our prayers, it needs so much drama. Unacceptable. Don't make visiting a temple so difficult that people stop coming.
