User Reviews

Users praise the camera quality and some automation, but the app is plagued by reliability and connectivity problems: freezes, repeated reconnects, and wifi/app pairing failures. Firmware updates can reset settings or render devices unusable, and permissions/login issues plus a clunky UI worsen usability. A few reviews note ongoing updates and good camera performance, but overall sentiment is mixed to negative due to stability and usability issues.

Pros

Good video quality with a wide field of view.
Automatic operation and minimal user interaction in many setups.
Regular firmware updates indicating ongoing development.
Solid integration with front/rear camera when functioning.

Cons

App frequently unresponsive or crashes.
Frequent connection/disconnection issues between the dashcam and the app/wifi, requiring constant reconnects.
Firmware updates can reset settings or render cameras unusable.
Permissions, login/logout, and token expiration issues impact access and reliability.
Poor app UI/UX and navigation which makes it hard to use.
