2026-06-24	Ma*****	The MyAmeria app was destroyed. Yesterday, the error "For security reasons, access to MyAmeria is blocked. Please contact us to restore access" when opening the app. I called, they don't see any blocking, they also say there are no locks in the department. Resetting the application data does not help. For a while, only deleting and reinstalling the application helped, but now this error is being returned. I lost access to the bank completely! It's good that I'm not abroad yet

2026-06-04	Ra*****	Extremely frustrating - Keeps blocking me! I am very disappointed with the MyAmeria app. I constantly get blocked for "security reasons" and cannot log in. I already contacted customer support, and they fixed it, but just a few hours later, the exact same block happened again. It is impossible to rely on this app for daily banking if I have to call support every few hours. Please fix this bug!
