Really not a fan of the app or credit union. Considering switching from Directions to another local credit union. Always having issues connecting to Plaid. Functionality is very limited. Can never get in touch with a person when you need one. I hate to switch, but things need to improve.

I'm so sick and tired of not Being able to log into the app for what eve reason. It seems like there constant maintenance everyday. One minute I can get on, next I can't. I love not being able to check my account when I really need it!!!!!!!!!!!!
