Unable to open

Successfully installed and registered. After having exited the app, could no longer open it. When I click the icon on my mobile phone, a message says "app isn't installed". I tried to open the app thru play store but still the app does not open. So what I did was to uninstall & reinstall the app to access it again. I am using a Vivo 7+ phone. Have not tried it on other phone brand or model. Suggest to add information such as KWH consumed and total power rate for the billing month.
