Most reviews praise mBandhan as user-friendly with an overall good/very good/excellent vibe. However, multiple users report stability issues (blank white screen, app not loading) and onboarding blockers (registration restricted to cardholders; forced new applications with no skip option, and update-related registration problems). Fixing stability and restoring non-cardholder access while streamlining onboarding could significantly improve the user experience.

Recent reviews

The app was good earlier , but now worse ..they have done something to the app which had made the app non responsive...pathetic experience ..for hours the app do not wake up ?? compared to national banks which is much faster than this banks ...something wrong with bandhan, icici, axis they are trying to implement some thing that is screwing up customer happiness what a shame ...keeping our money but don't allow us to access in time of need... wake up before it is late.
