Yeah a great app for reading books but the service is poor and my money was deducted twice which I contacted the customer service but it was also poor, my money hasn't been refunded yet and I'm guessing my Card is longer safe with you guys, 7500 is a lot for subscription, now imagine deducting it twice (I love your app because it has great books but the service, connection and customer service are poor) I'm still waiting for the refund, thank you.

This app has no working contact, email or admin. Download this app at your own risk. I just woke up to a debit of #7500 that I've long forgotten about and there was no reminder,no receipt, nothing. I've reached out to the admin on different platforms and all I keep getting is unavailable. I'll take this review back with an apology if I get a swift response. Bambook na scammmmmmmmmmm!!!!!

Y'all are fronting like thieves now at Bambooks because explain how I unsubscribe from a trial membership before expiration but you still go ahead to deduct subscription fee after the cancellation and there is no option to take out my card. Your support mail is bouncing and you are not responding to IG messages. If you've shut down let people know and stop stealing from them with monthly subscription. The app is not even reflecting your paid subscription so even with the deduction, no books.

Recently updated to the latest version, it seems like this app went from being good to worse. There's so much going on with the new UI, feels complex rather being simple for user to easily navigate through . Books take longer time to load even after downloading , some books aren't even opening past the first page at all. The former app version is better than this new one. Bambooks has been my got to app for books in the past two years, seems like I will be checking other apps out with this new

I updated the app and it went from the best reading app to the most challenging. It's difficult to download books, even while I'm on Wi-fi and network is just fine, it's taking longer to open books, and then the reading interface is not as good anymore. I believe another update is required.

Pls try and reduce the price for the month subscription to 1000# that will be Much better many for my friends and I stopped using the app because the pay is high, there are many free app available,so it's will be best if the pay is reduced so everyone can use the app! And once more, SMS should be sent to subscribers 72 hrs before debiting us!!! Or if possible there shouldn't be automatic renewal better still!! But I love all the stories from bambooks they are unique and can't be compared app!

I am having difficulty logging in , the reset link is not working, nothing seem to be working. I would like to cancel my subscription. I see no reason why you would renew my subscription without giving me a notification. I would like to cancel my subscription and stop using this app. Okadabooks Issa goal, atleast they have good customer service.

The app keeps crashing, and it's not a space issue as I have more than adequate space on my device. I have books downloaded (not saved) that I can't access. Even when I try reading directly, it doesn't come up. I've only been able to read two books on the app, since then, it's been malfunctioning. Kindly assist.

If only I could write a review with no star at all, that is what I will do. The FAQ clearly states you can download books and read later but don't fall for that SCAM because that is what it is. I downloaded books when I had an active subscription but once the subscription ends, I couldn't access any of the books. On reaching out, they state it is normal yet their FAQ states otherwise. SCAMMERS! I will never renew, I have uninstall your app.

Great books! The reasons I am giving a 3 and not a 5 are: one, your app keeps closing on its own. Quite annoying when one is reading or searching for a book. Two, it takes a while to take you to where you left off reading. Had to close the book and app a few times to get back where I left off. Lastly sentences are cut off in half towards the end of a page. Wish I could include a screenshot
