App won't connect to battery monitor Bluetooth module. Customer service non-existent.

The gateway and/or phone frequently hang requiring a power cycle of both. Will not recognize the mc-618 even after update to latest firmware. Not quite ready for deployment. Great idea though. Last update just hangs on dfu 0% on upgrade but better than the ios version that does not even see the gateway.
