Ballboards

Ballboards is the field app for authorized Ballboards venue teams.

Open the app to see current installation and removal work, find active placements on a live satellite map, or enter the reference code printed on a board. Guided replacement jobs keep the take-down and new installation in the correct sequence. When a board is installed, capture or choose a proof photo and submit it directly from the job.

The app supports new four-digit venue codes and existing six-character codes. Unsold inventory is not shown on the field map. If connectivity drops, the last successfully loaded work and inventory remain available for reference; changes are only marked complete after the server confirms them.

A Ballboards venue account is required. Venue administrators can invite additional users from the web portal.

Optional notifications group new installation work into a restrained alert and provide overdue-install reminders. Removal work never triggers a visible push, but it is included in the app-icon work count.
