2025-01-19	RJ*****	Useless app, not even worthy of a 1-star rating. Quick balance inquiry is definitely not quick. Cannot even login properly using a created account from their website. Email notification after account creation via their website showed the password in cleartext, which also exposes the lack of security implemented on the backend. Waste of storage space on your device.

2025-01-11	Fr*****	I already got my new rfid installed and closed the old one but my plate number still tied in the old autosweep rfid number. What a hassle. I can't even edit my account to update the details. I'm expecting a better app than this given how huge and well know the company is.

2025-01-03	Ma*****	This app is super useless. After successful registration, you could not log in saying the user id or pw was incorrect!! WTH???!! I just registered 2secs ago, and now my account is locked. Useless!! Super trash app!! 🤬

2024-12-18	Pe*****	4 attempts to credit my account via credit card, with only 1 attempt being successful. This happens often enough that it's annoying already. The app is awfully slow, its very dated in design, and has few functions. For an app this simple, it ought to be quick, reliable and consistent. Start Sweep-ing away the problems, listen to your customers, and make this app or service better. Thanks.

2024-12-05	Br*****	It takes a while to show the details of your account even though I'm connected to high speed internet. Why not update the UI and show the remaining balance on the account on the landing screen? MPT drive hub has the better UI and it's straightforward. Looks like this app was done by lazy developers from the early 2000's🤦🤦🤦

2024-12-01	Em*****	I would like to personally suggest changing how you register accounts thru your app and website by using emails or phone number, this would improve people's awareness of their personal rfid account balances and lessen queueing when a car near the rfid toll booth is holding up the line when they don't have enough balance.

2024-11-06	MJ*****	I can't login, I was able to register, I even received an email confirming my credentials. But upon trying to login, I was prompted an invalid credentials. Note: This is now resolved, all you have to do is to send an email report to autosweep customer care and they will provide you a working credentials.
