ERIS BMI

PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI) started its steel pipe manufacturing business in 1959 under the name "Talang Tirta," initially producing multi-purpose pipes. In 1984, BMI expanded its business to include fabrication services, focusing on corrugated steel and bridges.

In 1985, BMI entered the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business, operating from its steel fabrication facility in Sumuranja, Banten. Today, BMI is known as a producer of high-quality steel pipes (specifically for oil and gas pipes and multi-purpose pipes) and is recognized throughout Indonesia as an EPC and fabrication expert.
