2025-02-02	Ra*****	For the first time I have seen an app where they don't allow you to add comments if you rate their products a 1 or 2 star. Only if you are rating 3+ they allow adding comments. Already sent these guys mail which they are not responding and asking for another mail.

2025-01-23	Ha*****	Worst app to order. The item will be good and pricy. However, app is not at all user friendly. If payment fails, cart item disappears. Have to search and add it back. If promocode fails, then you have to close the app and open again else there will be errors. Ordered from 60mins service, but it asks to select delivery time which starts after 60 mins..

2025-01-21	Ka*****	Bakingo has provided one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was notified at 6:30 PM that my cake had been delivered, but here I am at 7:30 PM, still waiting for it. There has been no update, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve the issue from your side. What’s even more frustrating is the response from your support team. Despite the cake being undelivered, they outright refused to process a refund. This is not just poor service—it’s a complete lack of accountability and respect for you

Issued Refund and asked to wait for 3-5 BD. Biggest joke. Customer should suffer for their mistakes. Won't recommend to anyone. It was Birthday Occasion. Which Bakingo has spoilt. Never suggest to anyone use this app.
