2024-11-29	Ki*****	Trash app they should get sued if they revoke bonds because you can't call in or get access to app to make sure you check in. Been trying all day and it's Thanksgiving, so nobody is available on the phone to call it in and it keeps crashing there is no update and uninstall and reinstall doesn't work. There should be more outrage over this as this deals with people's lives and could cost them their freedom for a screw up on their side.

Talk to 2 different person and one person is saying differently than the other one when I ask them the same question. App is garbage and their Customer Service is garbage too.
