2024-12-16	Ia*****	Needs far more attention from the dev team to respond and fix the functionally prohibiting bugs. Far too often the mobile app will become unresponsive, send an internet unable to connect error message, or fail entirely to display location points on the map view (zooming in/out will often cause this). The route planning functionality is great and easy connection to map guidance software is the best...could be a fundamental field sales rep asset if the bugs and glitches get addressed

2024-10-16	Jo*****	I have been using Badger Maps for three years now, and I love it! There is so much functionality that my business uses in the app that it has made my team even more productive in the field! Being able to import my contacts, and using the hooks for Google Maps has been really amazing! Also, the versatility of the finters has been really great! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a route mapping service!

2023-02-12	ry*****	I wasn't impressed. App is heavy on the phone and lags. I'm not the demographic. I need delivery and this is more for CRM and appts to meet clients/ provide service/upsell. But regardless, the app drags. The map loads slow. Need to open editing of timeframe with client, under 5min. Integrate with Zillow or the like. More details about mileage, eta, time spent @ clients, in between length/time. Really my issue is with how app operated. Layout, look, UI wasn't so bad. Shouldn't need web app

I'm usually sceptical about new technologies, but from the moment I started using it I instantly knew that this was an app I couldn't do without. My sales have increased dramatically and this is down to the amount of time I have saved through the apps route planning. It takes what was once one of the most stressful aspects of my job into one I barely have to think about.

2022-08-22	De*****	Had to download this trash for work. It restarted my phone when I checked in on one of my stops. It also wouldn't let me check in at multiple stops. I had to restart the app regularly just to make sure it kept working the way it's supposed to. It never worked properly though.

When you attempt to put in the client visit routes...it just keeps stating that there is an error and their technicians are on the case. And I see that they charge almost USD 50/monthly for a product that doesn't perform even remotely as its supposed to do...so obviously unreliable. Won't bother with this app again.
Only the Google Map functions. Can't do anything but view the Google Map. 2022-04-29	Pr*****	I liked it.It may have an error on the map view for not finding things in circles area and the list view says there's too many to ask but shows nothing.but may be do to not setting up my routes prior to search so means you can't get a list without setting up routes first. Still useful manually looking on map. I needed to make space so I didn't test everything. But it only gives 1 day trial max 3 day if you agree to it.i didn't. I dont know what happens after 1 day trial is over.

2021-07-04	Ch*****	I would usually rate this app much higher but it failed me at a moment I really need it. Currently in a new territory and really needed the route planning aspect but out of nowhere the app went blank. I've restarted my phone, closed and opened the app multiple times, and nothing seems to work.

2021-02-05	Je*****	Great app with a ton of good tools. However I can not get the navigation to work on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. This phone is only a year old so the technology should be functional with this app. Other than this issue it works great.
