The IN Court fines are still not shown nor is the mandatory 3 day suspension shown for cellphone convictions. Under the speeding fines, Schedule 2 is double the fines for Schedule 1, which would be for Community Safety Zones. Fines for 50 + over, are not shown either. There is no mention of s. 130(3) re Careless Driving causing bodily harm or death.
