Recent reviews

This year, UFCU changed their banking application to one being hosted by Amazon, a fact which I have verified with UFCU personnel. Since the change, the functionality has taken a severe nosedive, as has the customer service, probably because of all the bugs in the newer, dyfunctional software version, and this includes the mobile app. Unless mobile deposits are given immediate credit to the account, no mobile deposit transaction information will show up for days. This is absurd.

For the most part, this is the best app UFCU has put out in recent history. I still see double transactions sometimes, but at least there's no double withdrawals. The transactions just show up 2x every now and then. I do wonder why there has been so much maintenance as of late. Typically, it's several nights a week, like more than 3, where there's a message about ongoing maintenance. Why so often? It slows down transactions like transfers and deposits.
