I paid for a Premium subscription, contacted a few babysitters about working with my family and my children, verified my profile with a government ID, and followed the platform's rules with a clear, legitimate message. Less than 24 hours after charging me for Premium, they blocked my account without any explanation, without giving any details, and without any option to appeal. Be careful before paying for this service.
