Tuy nhiên, nhiều người gặp vấn đề lớn với tính năng xác thực khuôn mặt sinh trắc học, gây ra lỗi và khó khăn trong giao dịch. Ứng dụng cũng bị phàn nàn về dung lượng lớn, chạy chậm và bố cục không tối ưu sau bản cập nhật mới. Ngoài ra, tính năng quên mật khẩu không hỗ trợ đổi online cũng làm người dùng cảm thấy bất tiện.

Mọi thứ đều ổn trừ tính năng xác thực khuôn mặt khi giao dịch cực kỳ tệ, kêu quay trái phải cười đủ kiểu nhưng đều rất khó để nhận diện làm đi làm lại mấy lần mới xong, mỗi lần chuyển khoản món tiền lớn đều rất bực bội Cập nhật 17/12/2024 phiên bản cập nhật mới nhất rất rườm rà sến súa nhiều thao tác hơn phiên bản cũ, không biết chức năng nhận diện khuôn mặt đã được cải thiện chưa nhưng phiên bản mới font chữ quá to chiếm quá nhiều không gian, bố cục không tối ưu nên tôi thấy còn tệ hơn
