BaatMesh lets you message people nearby over Bluetooth when cellular and Wi-Fi data fail — floods, cyclones, blackouts, crowded events, or everyday offline chat.

What you get
- Public local mesh chat with nearby BaatMesh users (readable by people on the mesh — not a private group)
- Private 1:1 chats with end-to-end encryption
- Multi-hop relay through other phones so messages can travel farther than one Bluetooth link
- Works with airplane mode on, as long as Bluetooth is on
- English and Hindi interface
- No account, no phone number, no BaatMesh server for mesh chat

Important
- Install before an outage (Play Store needs internet to install)
- Mesh stays on in the background so your phone can help relay; pause anytime
- Public mesh is for coordination; use Direct Messages for private talk
