2024-07-18	Za*****	The app and the reader dont seem to actually communicate with each other. You can see the read-out on the tester, and you can tell a battery is bad, but you scan the code and it comes up as charge and retest. I have tested batteries that i know are bad and gotten results that show a perfect battery. I have tested the same battery 5 times and have gotten different results on each test. It's absolutely terrible, but i have to use it for work so the customers suffer because of it.

2024-05-31	Di*****	The worst ever, constant crashes, very slow and buggy. Even if that wasn't enough to make the app entirely unusable it is designed in a way that is actively hostile to the user. Never gives any decent information. Makes my job 5x harder, would recommend literally anything else, or for this purpose. Nothing would be better to test batteries.

2024-01-22	as*****	Poor at best Tester is a joke and will randomly freeze during the test. Every time you start the vehicle the tester refuses to monitor the starting health or charging health. The app refuses to read any vin anywhere on the vehicle. Forget about doing a complete test as the app will require you to be under full signal on your device airplane mode only helps during the testing process. Once you send the member paperwork it will freeze and kick you back to the start once again.

2022-10-17	An*****	I work for AAA in Ace Towing this is the absolute worst app I've ever had to use in my entire life first of all when you tap on the flip the camera option to flip the camera in the right direction it does not do anything can you guys please fix this this is ridiculous

It will not work using vin lookup you will still have to put in all the battery info even on a brand new car. What kills me is if I switch camera views it will stay permanently on front facing until I uninstall and reinstall completely. Unfortunately I am stuck using this app because that is what my work has chosen so please fix the issues before I loose my mind.
