2023-05-25	Sh*****	been tolerating the app for way too long. always have issues connecting, or my lights coming on for no reasons in the middle of the night, and now, can't load the app asking me to check my Internet connection, which nothing is wrong with it by the way. very disappointing.

2022-10-19	Ji*****	Totally spoils the experience. Tried to add smart station for 2 hours and still fail. Keeps stuck at Step 2.3... I can ping the smart station, but it keeps saying the smart station cannot connect to network. The smart station already stopped blinking and show the rgb light on the 3 indicator

2021-10-07	ko*****	One of the worst apps I've ever used! made me register for an account with activation, then asked me to create room. No matter what I did I get error creating home and was stuck FOREVER!!! I had a smart station and a smart wifif. but with such a dumb app, I can't use anything at all!!!!!1

2021-02-17	Do*****	I can no longer pair my phone to the Smart Hub v2 even though I'm on a 2.4Ghz WiFi with Mobile data turned off. Used to work fine, but now..well... So much for automation.

2020-06-14	Da*****	I bought 6 of the new Kyla smart plugs and found that they are not compatible with all the first gen Kyla devices that I had purchased early last year. If your first gen and second gen devices are totally not compatible with each other, at least tell the consumers before purchase that there are such compatibility issues. To market the second gen devices under the same name as the first gen is misleading at best and deceiving at worst. I am totally disappointed with Aztech for doing this.
I bought 6 of the new Kyla smart plugs and found that they are not compatible with all the first gen Kyla devices that I had purchased early last year.
