The service was excellent, catering to customers especially new customers. Their marketing campaigns gel into your culture and language which I could see the company is really making a lot of effort.

It's kinda like a gamble to do this decision as it seems that there's very little reviews (that I can find) from public about this app. Immediate responses from customer service calm my worries a lot. Although the purchasing process and redemption normally takes 3 days, they manage to make it for me in 2 days... And no worries the tickets are valid.
