PO 5.0 is an app for those who gather people for a single meeting and are tired of losing track of plans across dozens of private chats.

One event means one place for the date, guests, replies, conversations, and photos. You create a meeting in a couple of minutes, invite friends from your contacts, see who's going and who's still deciding, and, if necessary, discuss details in a chat just for the meeting participants. And if you haven't decided where to go yet, the app offers ready-made suggestions from cafes, restaurants, and more.

WHY IS IT USED?

Messaging apps are great for everyday communication, but they don't hold up well in the "meeting" format: the date moves up the feed, half the group didn't see the poll, someone wrote "going" in one chat and "can't make it" in another, and photos are scattered across private messages. PO 5.0 brings everything together around a single event—clear for both the organizer and the guests. A separate section is "Where to Go, What to Do": ready-made packages from establishments so you don't have to search from scratch.

EVENTS

• Create a meeting: just specify the reason; you can add the date, location, description, and cover photo as desired.
• All events in one list: yours and those you've been invited to.
• Convenient "Upcoming" and "Past" tabs - nothing gets lost after the date.
• The organizer can edit the meeting; guests see the latest information.
• Past events remain in the history; the organizer can repeat the meeting with the same information.

WHERE TO GO, THINGS TO DO

• A feed of ready-made offers from cafes, restaurants, and more - contents, price, guests, and package validity.
• Open the offer and go yourself or invite your friends - a regular meeting will be created in PO 5.0.
• Then everything is as usual: guest responses, chat, and photo album.
• Payment and reservations at the venue are made outside the app, according to the platform's rules.

INVITATIONS AND RESPONSE

• Add guests from your phone book – you can see who's already using the app.
• Each invitee can reply: coming, thinking, or can't – these statuses are visible to the organizer and participants.
• It's clear who's already in the loop, who hasn't yet responded, and how many people are planned for the meeting.
• Participants with permissions can help with invitations – convenient for joint organization.

EVENT CHAT

• Communication only within a specific meeting – no extra groups or "lost" messages.
• Chat is available to event participants; after the meeting date, the chat closes, but the history remains for viewing.
• Easily check the time, location of the meeting, what to bring, and who is responsible for what – everything is right next to the event card.

PHOTO ALBUM

• Shared album for all participants: upload one photo – everyone at the meeting can see it. • Photos from your camera or gallery – you choose the photos yourself, without accessing your entire library in the background.
• You can save your favorite photo to your phone gallery.

LOGIN AND SECURITY

• Login using your phone number and SMS code – no need to enter passwords.
• On first launch, you'll get a quick introduction to the app using a demo offer.
• Contacts are used to show who you can invite; we don't upload your entire phone book to the server.
• Settings – privacy policy, terms of use, and account deletion.
