Ayushastra

Ayurveda, or traditional Indian medicine, is based on ancient literature and takes a “natural” and holistic approach to physical and mental health. Ayurveda assists in determining one's body type known as Prakriti or Body constitution that explains how individual bodies react to external and internal variables, allowing us to improve our health and prevent any disease. Ayurveda's three body kinds i.e Vata-Pitta-Kapha define each person's physical, physiological, psychological, and ethical qualities.
