AYKS BI Track

AYKS BI Track is a comprehensive workforce and asset management system that enables construction companies to manage their field and office operations from a single application.

KEY FEATURES

• QR Code Entry/Exit (PDKS): Personnel use QR codes at the site or office entrance for location-verified entry and exit, and break times are automatically calculated.

• Assignment Tracking: Instantly see who assigned vehicles, construction equipment, materials, and fixed assets to and when; personnel confirm receipt by saying "I received, I approve."

• Leave Management: Personnel request leave via mobile, go through the approval chain, and instantly see their remaining leave balance.

• Team Planning: View daily site/team assignments and track who is working where.

• Notifications: Pending requests, maintenance reminders, and assignment notifications arrive instantly as mobile notifications.

• Maintenance Tracking: Mileage/date-based maintenance reminders and service history for vehicles and construction equipment.

• Multiple Company/Holding Support: Hierarchical access management for companies with multiple companies or branch structures.

AYKS BI Track provides role and permission-based access control, ensuring each user can only access information they are authorized to use. When used with the web panel, it offers a seamless workflow between the field and the office.
