Al-Mawaris

Al-Mawāriṣ (المواريث) is a smart and comprehensive inheritance calculator application designed to make it easier for Muslims to calculate and distribute inheritance (Tirkah) in accordance with Islamic law (Ilmu Faraid).

Equipped with a highly precise classical mathematical algorithm, this application not only displays the final result in monetary terms, but also provides a step-by-step explanation (At-Taudhih) from determining portions (Furudh & 'Ashabah), determining the Origin of the Problem, to handling special cases such as 'Aul, Radd, and Inkisar.

🌟 Main Features (Hisab Module):

• General Inheritance Hisab: Basic one-level inheritance calculation for immediate family and relatives, complete with the elimination of assets from funeral expenses (tajhiz), debt repayment, and will execution.

• Hisab Waris Munasakhah: A multi-level (chain) inheritance calculation to resolve cases where an heir dies before the inheritance can be distributed, using the accurate Al-Jami'ah calculation method.
• Hisab Waris Khuntsa: A special module to determine inheritance rights for individuals with difficult gender conditions through a comparison of the principles of Al-Yaqin (the lowest portion) and the withholding of the portion of the asset (Al-Mauquf).
• Hisab Waris Mafqud (Missing Person): A comparative calculation system between the assumptions of life and death for heirs who have disappeared without a trace, to ensure a fair and secure distribution for other heirs.
• Hisab Waris Fetus: An advanced algorithm to simulate various fetal conditions in the womb (death, 1 boy, 1 girl, or twins) to determine the allocation of the reserve portion according to Islamic law.

🚀 Application Advantages:

• Official PDF Document Report: Export the calculation results into a neat, print-ready PDF document. Options include a summary portion table or a comprehensive report with a detailed explanation sheet (At-Taudhih).
• Transparent Explanation (At-Taudhih): Each calculation is accompanied by clear mathematical narratives and fiqh arguments, making it a valuable learning tool for students, academics, legal practitioners, and those involved in family dispute resolution.
• Clean & Easy-to-Understand Interface: The intuitive, modern interface makes it easy for users, from laypeople to professionals, to perform calculations quickly and without hassle.
• References to Mu'tabarah Books: Regular updates will be coming soon, containing references to textual evidence from the turats mu'tabarah books in the fiqh schools.

Al-Mawāriṣ exists to safeguard the purity of the distribution of Muslim inheritance, ensuring that it remains based on the principles of justice and sharia.
