This is a return ledger and subscription withdrawal calculator you reach for when you are debating whether to return items purchased online or through home shopping, from a salesperson who visited your home, or on an installment plan.

A shipping box is displayed on the first screen. A strip running across the front of the box represents the timeline from the date of receipt to the withdrawal deadline; past entries are erased, and a pin is inserted into today's entry. The last entry is a red "Deadline" column. Sand remains on the hourglass next to the box to indicate the remaining days, and labels such as "Packaging only opened OK," "Used," or "Custom made" are attached to the box. Once you return the item, a refund arrow appears above the box.

- When you want to know how many days are left on the return period because you are dissatisfied with clothes or appliances purchased during Black Friday or year-end sales

[What You Can Do]

1. Return Deadline Tracker — Simply select where you purchased the item (Online/Home Shopping / Door-to-Door/Telemarketing / Installment) and the date you received it, and it will immediately calculate the deadline and the remaining days. It is 7 days for online sales, 14 days for door-to-door/telemarketing sales, and 7 days for installment contracts. If the seller promised a longer period, that period will be used for calculation, and if the last day falls on a weekend, it will also show the days that may be extended.

2. Determination of Non-Refund Status — If you click on the applicable options—packaging opened only, damaged/lost, used, elapsed time, replica packaging, service provision started, or in production—it will notify you of "Can withdraw / Depends on seller labeling / Refund is difficult." It also explains that simply opening the packaging to view the contents is acceptable. If the item differs from the advertisement or description, the time limit is calculated by extending it from the date of receipt to 30 days from the date you became aware of the discrepancy.

3. Return Shipping Costs and Notification Methods — For each item, it shows that you bear the return shipping costs for online returns due to a change of mind, while the seller bears them for discrepancies with the advertisement or for in-person/installment withdrawals. It also explains how to notify in a way that leaves a record and points out that for installment payments, a written notice must be sent.

4. Return Progress Check and Refund Deadline — If you click Withdrawal Notification → Return → Seller Receives, it calculates the refund deadline, which the seller must complete within 3 business days from the date they received the item. If late, it shows the number of days overdue and an estimate of the late payment penalty.

** 5. Purchase Ledger and Notifications — If you record multiple items in a single ledger, they are organized in order of proximity to the deadline. You will be notified on the evening before the deadline, the morning of the deadline, and the day after the refund deadline has passed.

6. Money Returned in a Year — Money recorded as "Refunded" accumulates as a bar each month, and badges such as "First Refund," "Five Boxes," "Three Days Left," and "100,000 Won" are collected.
