AXIS ERS MobilePlus

AXIS ERS MobilePlus is a companion application to the AXIS Emergency Road Service dispatching system. It is designed exclusively for service providers who respond to AAA/CAA roadside assistance events.

With AXIS ERS MobilePlus, service providers can:
- View event and customer details in real time
- Navigate directly to the roadside event location
- Update dispatchers on status and progress throughout the event
- Close out events upon completion of service

Location & Data Usage Disclosure:
This app collects location data continuously, including when running in the background — but only while the service provider is logged in. Location tracking is used solely to support real-time dispatching, routing, and status visibility for the dispatch office and the customer. Location data is processed in real time and is not stored or archived.

AXIS ERS MobilePlus also uses:
- Firebase Analytics to monitor general app usage trends and improve performance
- Firebase Crashlytics to identify, diagnose, and resolve app crashes

No personal or location data is used for advertising, and no data is sold to third parties.
