2024-08-01	A *****	The latest update screwed everything up on horizontal playback. It keeps jumping to current time and the 16x, 8x etc speed does not function when I select it anymore. I have 16 cameras and going through checking stuff is almost useless now.

2023-08-25	D *****	App keeps closing. Opens for a couple seconds, then shuts down. Will only work at lowest resolution. Can't playback video. No response from company when trying to troubleshoot. Would not recommend Avycon. I've been a CCTV dealer for 20 years.

2023-07-19	Ha*****	Please fix this app, it cannot scan the qr codes. As of today it is useless for android devices, iPhones can still scan the qr codes without any issues.

2023-06-14	Ja*****	This app is terrible. It makes me wish I never bought the cameras. Most of the time they are useless because this app doesn't connect to them. I constantly get "device offline" and have to refresh the server a hundred times. When that doesn't work, I get pissed off and close it. It works only when it wants to and not ever when I need it to. Disaster of an app.

2023-01-10	Ca*****	The old version used to actually notify you when your camera alerts were triggered. Now they only work if you have the camera app open. This makes the biggest feature of your system worthless. I now have to count on my doorbell camera (different manufacturer) to alert me when someone/ vehicle is within range. This needs to be the highest priority fix. Period...
