When I'm looking at 1 specific camera and I want playback of that camera to see if action occurred, I get multiple cameras making it very hard for me to find the info. They are great at answering phones, so more training is needed. Dvr came w no instructions

2024-08-26	Tr*****	It is nice that you can edit the camera settings from the app without having to go to the nvr or desktop app. The alerts have to be viewed from the notification before they show up in the app. Once you have the app open, new ones start showing there (while it's open). There seems to be a limit on the number of notifications, so you have to select from the bottom of the list and then an older one shows up. Blocks of time get lost. If you click on the header, the notifications get deleted.

Notifications are inconsistent when app isn't actively being used on the phone. More detailed explanation of settings would be helpful. If these issues are fixed, avycon would be much better and probably gain a lot larger following.
