FRAME (Fatigue Risk Assessment with Medical Advice) Aviation is a fatigue self-assessment application designed for pilots, with tailored medical advice provided by aerospace medicine experts.

With this application, pilots can submit their work-related information such as type of plane, licence, rank, total flight hours, etc and lifestyles information related to fatigue like physical activities and sleep habits.

Once pilots submit the information, they will get the result whether they are having chronic fatigue or not, and which lifestyles they need to improve, included with tailored medical advice from aerospace medicine experts. Pilots can submit their recent information to do this self-assessment in the next 14 days.

This application aims to raise awareness on chronic fatigue among pilots and efforts that can be taken by pilots to reduce the risk.
