The current version, however, is painfully slow to load, frequently logs me off, and isn't always helpful picking up a car. I often have to clear its data cache and log in again. and the app frequently needs to be updated. overall, an unreliable app!

2026-08-07	Ti*****	I always have a problem, this Time wouldn't let me select free upgrade due to card issue. I fixed it then it still wouldn't work. they gave me a card too small. I tried to talk to the agent at the airport and she said it would cost more for the upgrade. I explained I had a free upgrade. she couldn't do anything about it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
